So my Star Wars fans don’t think I forgot about you guys !!
This is something I’ve wanted to make for a very long time. I’ve always loved the look of it, and while I know there are already a few interpretations out there, I wanted to stay as true to the game as possible—while still adding a few features of my own so it doesn’t feel outdated.
It features:
- clickable trigger
- a sliding magnetic lock that gives access to the internal compartment for adding lights
- the side rail twists open and doubles as the locking mechanism for that very compartment
- is also split by filament color, making it much more straightforward to get a clean result without excessive painting.
